I like in Cornwall UK, I've recently failed college (for the 2nd year running \o/) so am looking for a job to pay some bills and find me some housing. When not jobhunting I'll usually be found at my computer with a spliff and some beers chatting away on vent, or in guild. Other than wow I play quite a few other games, but fps (UT99 in particular) has to be top of this list.

How old are you? I'm 18 (19next month) which gives, although you stated it not a huge deal within your guild, but the ~20 age range to be somewhat appealing to me. Kids leaving mid raid because their mummy wants the internets is a big nono in my opinion.

What days and which hours are you available to raid?
I'm available and pretty willing to raid on any of the below days, and at any time frame needed. For new content patches (gogo ICC) I'd be more than willing, if not looking forward to spending 20+hour shifts to power down the content. Ofc I'm not looking for a hardcore guild, and in the interest of sanity I'd say keeping it to 3nights a week would be most suited for my own raid style. Times for the raids being of no issue to me.

Can your computer and ISP handle all the current content in 25man mode?
My set up is pretty old by a lot of standards, and can drop to 7fps at times xD
But thanks to some tweeks this actually in no way affects my performance within a raid. As for my ISP, it usually has me running at 60-100ms, so no problems there.

Do you have any dualspecc with gear good enough to use it in progress raids if needed?
Rogue: As a Rogue I've never found any content which would require me to have a 2nd PVE offspec, so have the basic muti/prep pvp spec and gear

Priest: Shadow offspec, but the gear is nowhere near ready for raids.

Played time (overall and on level 80)?
Rogue: 72days, 20hours - 80: 51days, 16hours
Priest: 12days, 12hours - 80: 2days, 22hours
(as you can see the priest is newly dinged, but from my armory gear/achievements I'm powering it up pretty fast and will continue doing so until you feel it ready for a spot in some 25man content (currently healed for all content up to and including yogg10))

Current guilds and why you would want to leave them?
Transferred my rogue to Al'Akir in the early months of this year and ended up landing a trial spot for Diyu the next day. Have been raiding with them since clearing uld10/25 including a fair few of the 10man hardmodes, as well as the ToTC 10/25 killing Lord Jaraxus.

However on the same evening of Jaraxus being released, and of course, us killing him, It was announced that Diyu would cease raiding and our guild leader was calling it a day.

Was pretty gutting, but am not ready to give up raiding just yet, and am looking for a guild to pick up where Diyu left off.

Why do you want to join Viye?
Pretty much answered this above, I wish to continue raiding on an endgame level, but without stepping too far into the field of hardcore guild, and from reading the information on your site, I believe you to be the best place to go for this.

Why should we pick you over other applicants?
I'm a dedicated player, with little else to do with my time :p
I know Rogue like the back of my hand and am learning quickly how to play my priest to its limits,

I'm not the sort of player who's going to miss raids, and am happy to say I had 100% raid attendance in my past guild. I'll usually be found at the instance portal a good 15mins early with fish feasts, pots, flasks etc at the ready. Ontop of that I know the tactics and fights for all current content (except the faction champions in totc, had a go at that yesterday with a pug and was not liking the reverse-zerg fest D:)

According to you, what is the most important aspect of your class? How does your character contribute in raids?
Well my rogue can chuck out sap's, blinds, distracts and tott as far as anything helpful to the raid as a whole goes. The rogues best ability is throwing down dps to top the charts whilst no one to actually notices they where there come the end of the raid.

With my priest in the raids I'm not the type of slacker who's going to be out of mats for buffs, and I provide heals. Dont think there's much else I'm needed to do ?

How do you as a person contribute in raids?
Pretty social and happy to chat via vent as we go, I'll have read up on the tactics and am able to go over them before a fight if needed.

Do you know any players in the guild?
Not that I'm aware of, Since I came to Al'Akir I've socialized mainly via Diyu and haven't taken to time to talk or get to know anyone else :/

Do you have a stable in-game economy?
Never going to be the richest of players, but if I need the gold I do enchants/disenchants/skinning,

So I'm not without professions to keep me going.

Experience
Vanilla: Wasn't playing at all during this time.
Tbc: Only joined late into tbc and spent a lot of time lvling, once I hit 70 I ended up with some merciless set and spent my time flying around attacking people for the lolz (I miss Subtly spec being useful ><) I was pretty new to the game and didnt so much as set foot in an instance. By this late into an expansion everyone was geared and knew what they where doing, wrath was on the horizon so wasn't getting into any guild.

Wotlk: Wrath hit and everyone was waiting on northrend to open, apparently the time of its opening etc was misunderstood, as the night before it was actually supposed to be live I found myself and six others on an early morning blimp to vengenge landing

Once I set foot onto northrend I got asked if I wanted to check out UK, I accepted and went from there. Dungeons where fun
I managed to be in the first few people to hit 80, and in a time before 'lul lfm gundrak hc link [epic] [your mothers maiden name] & [national security number] or no reply' I was able to get into some naxx pugs, where in I found raiding great fun,

Since then on Rogue I've cleared;
Naxx10 (Undying) / Naxx25 / OS10+2 / OS25+2 / EoE10 / Eoe 25 / Uld10 (Most hardmodes) / Uld25 (Couple of the hardmodes) / CotC up to Jaraxxus in both 10&25 player.

On my Priest;
Naxx10 / Naxx25 / OS10 / OS25+1 / EoE10 (8man achievement) / EoE25 / Uld10 / CotC10 up to Jaraxxus


About your class

Do you consider yourself head of the game (always up to date with ptr notes and so on)?
I check mmo-champion for any upcoming notes, videos etc every morning and evening. As well as look through Elitest Jerks for bis gear/geming advice

What is the most fun and boring about your class (please try to find a good answer not just dps is fun heal is boring)?
What do you mean heal is boring !? I LOVE healing, and tend to enjoy raiding much more when healing.

For my rogue the best thing is the kick ass animations during combat xD
As well as competing for top of damage meters (not in a bad way, but myself, a pala friend and the rogues within Diyu where VERY competative over being number 1 (ofc without running into the trap of tunnel visioning))

As a rogue I tend to dislike the time before attacking a boss where everyone buffs and we just... sit there :/

Priest, I have to say I love just keeping everyone alive.
Having played rogue for so long it's just all nice and fresh to me.

Name atleast two addons you would not be able to raid without? Also state why!
DBM for 1, The timers are nice and let me know when stuff is coming without counting in my head. Alos very fond of the spam it gives when healing cotc

Classtimers is also extremely useful in my opinnion, both as rogue for keeping my bleeds, poisons up, and for my priest keeping renew up.

As well as these Ill be using Cooldowns, ag_unit frames, Sexymap, bartender4, prat for my sexeh UI

Let's say we're on a boss and you run into a fire, if you run out of it, you wipe the raid and if you stay in it you will die, what would you do?
I wouldn't have ran into the fire in the first place? and if I did shame on me xD
Repair bills arent an issue, I play cloth and leather. I get off cheap.

Any last words or things you wanna add that can make us consider you even more?
